One video costs 4 credits no matter how many people are in it. Packs are one-time payments, credits never expire, and nothing renews.
Privacy
Photos are stored privately, sent only to the video model for the render you asked for, and deleted 7 days after upload by an automated sweep. Finished videos stay in your library until you ask us to delete them. There is no public gallery and no public URL for a photo.
Refunds
A failed render returns its credits automatically. An unused pack is refundable in full within 14 days. Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is final. The refund policy has the detail.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every render is paid for with the model the moment it starts, so there is no free render to give away. Instead, a failed render costs nothing and unused packs are refundable.
